Community of Practice: Odyssey Alliance Collective
“Coalitions are the answer right now.”
In the Summer of 2025 we launched the Odyssey Alliance Collective is a cross-sector Community of Practice uniting nonprofit leaders, educational institutions, philanthropic partners, and public sector allies. In a time of deep uncertainty and shifting narratives, this space exists as a confidential, values-rooted container for shared learning, strategic reflection, and collective sensemaking.
This Community of Practice is important to us here at Odyssey Alliance as we are committed to helping leaders navigate shared challenges, make sense of shifting conditions, and reflect on what it takes to lead with clarity, care, and courage in this moment to help shape the landscape. By coming together across the sector we believe we are better able to see a fuller picture and find solutions that consider all of us.
This space encourages us to explore our shared responsibility to “pull our organizations and work out of the fear and reactionary cycles that are being put on us.” We believe in the power of community and see the opportunity for us to create the change we want to see in the world through shared leadership.” The Odyssey Alliance Collective helps leaders understand the andscape, deepen relationships across roles, and develop adaptive strategies for transformational change.
