Privacy Policy

The Odyssey Alliance, LLC

Effective date: October 5, 2026

The Odyssey Alliance, LLC, operating as Odyssey Alliance (“OA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of the people and organizations we work with. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through odysseyalliancegroup.org, our inquiry and booking channels, and related business interactions.

Our work includes analysis and impact assessment, data governance, strategic planning, organizational development, leadership coaching, and professional learning. This policy covers our own business and website activities. Client project data may also be governed by a service agreement, confidentiality agreement, data processing agreement, or project-specific participant notice. This policy does not replace those terms or authorize uses they prohibit.

Information we collect

Information you provide. We collect information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, job title, inquiry, scheduling details, and communications with us. If you register for a workshop, course, or other service, we may collect registration details, participation information, feedback, and information needed to deliver that service.

Payment information. When you pay for services, we may receive billing contact details, invoice information, transaction amounts, payment status, and related accounting records. We use PayPal for payments and also accept direct ACH payments. PayPal or financial institutions collect the payment credentials needed to process payments or ACH transfers. The information OA receives depends on the payment method and provider. Please do not send card numbers or bank account details through our general website contact form.

Website information. Our website and its providers may collect technical information such as browser and device details, IP addresses, access times, referring pages, pages visited, and interactions with the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to help us understand website use. The information collected depends on the tools, settings, and privacy choices in effect.

Information from others. We may receive professional contact information from organizational contacts, referrals, event registrations, business partners, and public professional sources for relevant business communications.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; schedule meetings; develop proposals; provide consulting, coaching, research, and learning services; administer registrations and payments; communicate about engagements; and maintain business records. We also use it to understand and improve our website and services, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

We may send relevant information about OA services, events, learning opportunities, or resources. You may unsubscribe using the instructions in a marketing email or contact us directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary communications about a booking, purchase, or active engagement.

Website tools and cookies

IONOS supports our website form services. Google Workspace supports our email, appointment booking, and business collaboration. Information you submit through these tools is processed by the relevant provider as needed to deliver the service.

We use Google Analytics to understand visitor activity and improve our website. Google receives information associated with website visits and processes it under the applicable service terms and privacy settings. For more information, visit policies.google.com/privacy and support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.

You can use the website’s Manage consent control to review the choices offered for cookies. You may also manage cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies can affect website features. Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout for supported browsers. These options may operate differently and do not necessarily control all collection by third-party services you visit.

OA currently operates the Work Well Learning Lab and its TalentLMS account to deliver professional learning. When you enroll, we may process your account and registration information, course participation, progress, completion records, assessment responses, and feedback to administer learning and provide support. TalentLMS processes information needed to operate the learning platform under the applicable service terms. Sponsor reporting, if applicable, is governed by the engagement terms and participant notice.

We use Google Ads to promote OA services. Our Google Ads campaigns are operated separately and are not connected to this website. We do not use Google Ads for remarketing to visitors based on their activity on this website.

The Lab and its TalentLMS account are planned to transition to Forsythe Institute for Social Good. OA remains responsible until that transition. Before transferring identifiable learner records, we will notify affected learners of the operator change, the records involved, and the applicable privacy notice, and obtain consent where required.

When we disclose information

Service providers. We disclose relevant contact, scheduling, communication, website usage, registration, and transaction information to providers supporting website forms and hosting, analytics, email, booking, cloud storage, learning delivery (including TalentLMS), payment processing (including PayPal), accounting, and business administration, as needed for their services.

Engagement teams. Employees, consultants, and subcontractors may access information relevant to their assigned work, subject to applicable confidentiality and engagement requirements. Where an organization sponsors your participation in a service, the information shared with that organization is determined by the engagement terms and participant notice. Please ask us about those arrangements before sharing sensitive information.

Legal and business needs. We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services; to investigate suspected misuse; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law. We may also disclose information when you direct or authorize us to do so.

AI-assisted business activities

OA uses closed AI tools, including ChatGPT, to support certain business activities. These tools are configured so information submitted by OA is not used to train AI models. If information is submitted to an AI tool, the provider may still process and retain it to deliver the service under the applicable account terms and data controls. Use of client information in these tools is subject to applicable engagement terms, permissions, and legal requirements. This policy does not itself grant permission to submit confidential client or participant information to an AI tool.

Client and participant information

Consulting, evaluation, assessment, and coaching engagements may involve information supplied by a client or participant. Project-specific agreements and notices establish the purposes, access, confidentiality arrangements, and permitted reporting for that work. An assessment or survey is not necessarily anonymous unless its notice expressly says so. Where OA processes information on a client’s behalf, the client may be responsible for responding to privacy requests; we can help identify the appropriate contact.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential organizational records, or information about identifiable service recipients through the general inquiry form. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate method of transfer.

Security and retention

We use access restrictions for our Google Drive files and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of service delivery, contractual requirements, accounting and tax obligations, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Retention periods vary by record type and engagement. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements and applicable backup cycles.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact info@odysseyalliancegroup.org to ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, or express a concern about its use. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to OA and the information involved, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of your information or opt out of certain processing, including sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. Those rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

Use the subject line Privacy Request and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. We will respond within any legally required period. If we decline a request, you may reply with the subject line Privacy Appeal, explain your concern, and ask for reconsideration. We will provide information about further complaint options where required by applicable law.

Children and international visitors

Our public website is intended for adults and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our public website, contact us so we can review and address the matter. Projects involving youth require separate, appropriate arrangements and notices.

OA operates in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Privacy laws may differ between jurisdictions. Any required safeguards for international transfers depend on the applicable law and service arrangement.

Third-party services and policy updates

Links and integrations may take you to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and terms. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.

Separate organizations featured on this website

The Work Well Studio LLC and Forsythe Institute for Social Good are separate legal entities featured on OA’s website. This policy covers OA’s information handling. Information collected directly by either organization is governed by its own notices and terms. Institute activities use its own channels and accounts; OA’s forms, email, learning platform, and payment accounts do not handle those activities.
